New tyre manufacturer warranty
New tyres supplied by Car Tire Service carry a manufacturer warranty of one to three years, depending on the selected tyre brand, tyre model and its written warranty conditions. Where a manufacturing defect is claimed, the manufacturer’s terms and assessment process determine the outcome. The exact warranty document for the supplied tyre is the controlling document.
Subject to manufacturer inspection and the specific warranty terms supplied for the tyre.
Punctures, nails, potholes, kerb strikes, cuts, sidewall damage and road hazards are excluded.
Normal tread wear, incorrect pressure, misuse and damage from continued driving on a flat tyre are excluded.
Uneven wear caused by alignment, suspension, brakes or other vehicle faults is not a tyre manufacturing defect.

Please provide your name, vehicle registration or model, phone number, date of service, photo of the tyre concern and your current location. Do not continue to drive if the tyre appears unsafe.
