Before technician dispatch
A standard booking can normally be cancelled before dispatch without a service charge, unless a special-order tyre or another item has already been purchased or prepared specifically for that booking.
After dispatch
Once a technician has been dispatched, a callout or travel charge may apply because time, fuel and staff have already been committed. We will explain any applicable amount.
Special-order tyres
Special sizes or products ordered specifically for a customer may be non-returnable after confirmation. Any advance-payment condition should be explained before the order is placed.
Installed tyres and completed services
A correctly supplied and fitted tyre cannot normally be returned because the customer changes their mind. Concerns involving workmanship or a possible manufacturing defect are assessed under the service and manufacturer warranty process.
Approved refunds
When a refund is approved, the method and processing time depend on how payment was received and the payment provider. Bank or card processing time is outside our control.
